30-day guarantee

If you're not happy with your vest, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email us at [email address] with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, and you won't be asked to send anything back.

Wrong size

Message us with your dog's chest measurement and we'll confirm the correct size before dispatching the replacement, free of charge.

How to start a return

Contact us through our [contact page] or at [email address] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within one working day with instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — in many cases a return isn't necessary.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] working days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take a further few days to appear on your statement.

Right to cancel (UK & EU customers)

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, in line with your statutory rights. Contact us within that period and we'll refund you in full.

Exclusions

We can't accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or damaged through wear, or on requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
